How come?

I am struggling terribly to lose some weight. I watch what I eat and I have joined the gym. I even GO to the gym a couple times a week - and THAT hasn't helped the situation!! I have done Weight Watcher's in the past and while it DOES work for me, I cook for WAY TOO MANY people everynight to start preparing special meals for me.

Am I doomed to this "apple-shape" for the seond half of my life? When I pass a mirrror, I hardly recognize myself!

Any suggestions???

Join the club! I'm not even in my second half of life AND I need a knee replacement for my apple shaped body too :(

You are going to have to start blogging more though so that I'll have more to read in my more sedentary, recoving stage of life.
